Regarding the fabric problems put forward by the testing Department, General Manager Wang pointed out that it is necessary to calibrate the tension control system and simultaneously optimize the parameters of the needle cylinder rotation speed. For the question about the maintenance cycle of the new model, he suggested carrying out hierarchical maintenance according to the operation duration. As for the problem of adapting new yarns consulted by the R&D Department, he emphasized the need to adjust the yarn feeding angle and match it with special sinkers.
General Manager Wang required all departments to implement the solutions after the meeting and feed back the improvement results next week.
